Presentation is a process composed from synchronized information communicated by words, numbers and images. Ability to present is useful to everyone who works with numerical data.
Gathering data does not mean increasing level of our knowledge yet. Numbers are not a synonym of information. Graphical presentation should be basic instrument for analysis and conclusions. In majority of cases the most effective way of searching, summarizing and presenting – even a very big data set – is to create diagram showing gathered numbers. Graphical Excellence allows not only to analyze but also to effectively share gained knowledge with others.
Obviously, depending on situation, goal, asked question or structure of gathered data, some kinds of diagrams will be more effective than others. However there is universal set of characteristics, which every good diagram needs to have and it should be known by everyone, who works with numbers. Good diagram is the one which in simple and precise way shows results of analysis, leading user to unequivocal conclusions.

- Ability to consult with a trainer during the training and after the workshops
- The training conducted by certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Training completion certificate
- A set of training materials
- Additional training materials based on the individual needs of the trainee
- Username and password for the Client Zone allowing use of many additional materials
- Coffee breaks and lunch
After finishing the workshops participants will know how to:
- Graphically present numerical data not to distort included information
- Show many numbers on small surface what will allow to retain consistency even on great data sets
- Show various levels of data set’s specificity (from main view to interesting details)
- Show comparisons of various parts of data set
- Retain diagram’s transparency in respect of description and graphic design what will made recipient to think about the essence of the case not about how the diagram is made
- Integrate diagram with statistical and verbal descriptions of data set
