One of the basic success’ factors of implementing the continuous improvement program is understanding it by management personnel. Both highest management and medium level managers needs to be aware o their role and responsibility in whole process. Their main task is to ensure continuous support for project activities and execution of solutions developed during the project work.
This training presents power of OpEx methodology applied on various levels of organization. It includes review of main concepts, ways to measure effectiveness of project work, division of managers and employees roles, who are participating directly in implementation of OpEx Six Sigma program, examples of typical projects, most frequent problems, profits from program implementation, basics of variation understanding and business data analysis with use of Control Charts.
