Hope is not a strategy ? show me the data! If we cannot express what we know about our process using numbers, it means that indeed we do not know much. If we know not much we cannot control the process. If we do not have control we can only hope, that our suspicions are valid. Precise measurements are the fundamentals of fact-based management which is the only way to achieve continuous improvement of processes and products.
This training shows the importance of the Measurement System. We teach how to check the adequacy of the Measurement System in order to be sure that data which are delivered can be used in business management and the decisions making process.

After this training participants will be skilled in:
- Collecting data needed to perform measurement system evaluation
- Evaluating the Measurement System for continuous data and analysing collected data in a Practical, Graphical and Quantitative way
- Evaluating the Measurement System for attribute and discrete data (ok/n.ok)
- Evaluating the Measurement System for visual assessment
- Conducting all necessary analysis by themselves
