Robust Engineering allows to adjust Client Voice properly to technique requirements by optimizing products or processes functionality, so that it become resistant for whole spectrum of events, which can appear and which we can not control. It?s usage and development of methods initiated by Japanese engineer Genchi Taguchi. RE allows to perform experiments and test prototypes by studying many factors at the same time and evolving their influence on results. It allows to identify those variables, which in significant way affects process, but are beyond our control. Robust Engineering is revolutionary approach to engineering and designing which is one of the most important pillars of embedding quality into the product.

After finishing the training participants will know:
- What kind of information should be gathered to design new products /processes which will fulfill all requirements and be resistant for broad spectrum of conditions from the first time
- What and how to measure to gain all necessary information
- How to simplify construction of product in order to reduce its costs
- How to manage noises in experiment to make developed solutions resistant to changeable conditions in which process or product will function in the future
- How to verify correctness of drawn conclusions
