This effect does not interact actively with any other factor tested in this experiment. It&#8217;s important to remember that throughout the diet, Adam maintained a calorie deficit and drank approximately 3 liters of water daily.<\/p><ul><li><strong>150 minutes of exercise per week = average weight loss of approximately 0.4 kg\/week.<\/strong><\/li><li>A high-protein diet provides no additional benefits.<\/li><li>Highly processed protein slows weight loss regardless of other factors.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>300 minutes of exercise per week = average weight loss of 1.1 kg\/week.<\/strong><\/li><li>With a high-protein diet and unprocessed protein \u2013 up to 1.4 kg\/week.<\/li><\/ul><p>The type of physical activity, number of meals per day, eating or skipping breakfast, drinking water with vinegar on an empty stomach, or taking L-Carnitine supplements do not affect weekly weight loss.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4ee711 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4ee711\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><u>Questions we need to answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Who can benefit from these conclusions?
