Online trainings

OpEx Group has expanded its offerings to include online workshops. These have been carefully crafted to ensure participants gain the same knowledge as in-person training. The program is based on group exercises, case studies, and work with Minitab. The classes are interactive, requiring ongoing collaboration with the group and the trainer. Currently, the following online training courses are available: Six Sigma Green Belt, Statistical Process Control, SPC, and Design of Experiments, and DOE.
