Six Sigma Certification – Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt

certification included in the price of the training

What is the certification process for Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Black Belt?

OpEx Group training participants have the opportunity to pursue certification at the Six Sigma levels: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt. The process is very similar, with the only difference being the level of advancement. Black Belt is the most advanced training.

There is no minimum or maximum time period from the completion of the workshop to the start of the certification process. Certification requires the cooperation of four parties: the candidate, their supervisor, the Master Black Belt (usually the trainer who assisted with the first project), and another MBB from OpEx Group.

The candidate prepares a summary of the completed project work. This should not exceed one or two pages for each project participated in. The supervisor prepares a report summarizing the candidate’s performance in relation to the certification criteria. The prepared documents are assessed by OpEx Group trainers.

The next step is to contact the candidate to ask questions about the work performed and their understanding of the tools. Once the assessment is complete, the trainer creates a certification recommendation, highlighting the candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement.

If all steps are successfully completed, the candidate receives the Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt/Black Belt certification.

The Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt/Black Belt certification exam is included in the workshop fee. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is not required to participate in the Black Belt training.
