Who is the advanced level training for?

The advanced Experiment Design (DOE) workshops are exclusively for those who have completed DOE or Green Belt training conducted by OpEx Group. They expand their knowledge of experimentation to an expert level.

During the workshops, participants will become familiar with the Factor Relationship Diagram (FRD), a tool that supports experimental planning. They will also learn interference management strategies such as Repeats, Replicates, Completely Randomized Block Design, Incomplete Randomized Block Design, Taguchi Inner-Outer Array, and Whole Plot/Split Plot Design. This will equip them with the skills to conduct experiments with results that have real-world applications. Additionally, they will learn advanced data analysis methods that will allow for even more accurate and precise conclusions.

The training is led by a trainer with a two-level Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and extensive practical experience.

Po zakończeniu szkolenia uczestnicy będą potrafili:
  • zaplanować eksperyment (wybór czynników, poziomów i odpowiedniej strategii eksperymentowania),
  • przeprowadzić eksperyment na poziomie eksperckim,
  • przeanalizować eksperyment (praktycznie, graficznie i ilościowo) oraz na tej podstawie wyciągnąć praktyczne wnioski na poziomie eksperckim,
  • przeprowadzić wszystkie niezbędne analizy za pomocą programu Minitab.

  • Eksperymentowanie w szerokim zakresie warunków, ograniczenia wnioskowania, dlaczego wnioski wyciągnięte na podstawie eksperymentu mogą nie sprawdzić się w praktyce - ćwiczenie praktyczne
  • Konieczność wprowadzania zakłóceń do eksperymentu. Macierz eksperymentu jako jedynie część planowania - wykład + studium przypadku + studium przypadku
  • Diagram Zależności Czynników FRD jako podstawowe narzędzie zarządzania zakłóceniami w eksperymencie - wykład
  • Ograniczenie w randomizacji, konsekwencje dla wyciąganych wniosków, sposób analizy - wykład

Do I need to have completed the DOE Foundation Level in OPEX to participate in the advanced training?

Raczej tak, ale jeśli ukończyłeś podobne szkolenie w innej firmie szkoleniowej, skontaktuj się z nami – sprawdzimy, czy program się pokrywa. Jeśli tak, będziesz mógł uczestniczyć w poziomie zaawansowanym.

Do I need to know Minitab before the training?

A basic understanding of Minitab is helpful. We don't teach you how to use the program from scratch, but we do show you how to use it for advanced analysis of experimental results. If you've already used Minitab at the basic DOE level, you'll be ready.

Is this a typical training course or more of a workshop?

This is an intensive workshop. In addition to theory, we emphasize practical application of DOE – participants independently design experiments, analyze data, and work on real-world cases.
