This area is vast in terms of the number of operations performed, which, combined with the growing complexity and potential of automation, requires a very meticulous approach to process design and their continuous optimization. Conceptually, the situation is analogous to the manufacturing sector, but in terms of tools and operations, it requires the development of different approaches and methods.

After completing the training, participants will be able to:
- diagnose and quantify the flow of information and documents,
- identify hot spots and priorities,
- understand the essence of process thinking in service areas,
- prepare processes for automation and the use of robots,
- analyze KPIs and collect data to make key decisions,
- collect data from processes using sampling and analyze meta data sets – big data,
- optimize the workload of specialists in their job positions,
- plan and balance orders to meet customer requirements and quickly identify problems,
- test changes in processes across multiple variables,
- carry out full reengineering of processes from diagnostics to ideal state.

SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT for the services sector
The specific characteristics of the service sector, unlike manufacturing, include:
- multifunctionality and the repeated transfer of information and documents,
- lack of continuous flow visualization (operations are primarily performed in IT systems and workflows),
- lack of tangible defects (defects are not immediately visible, as is the case with manufactured products),
- problems are difficult to see due to hidden, repeated repairs,
- thanks to technology, most data is available but inadequately visualized and analyzed.
The proposed training program targets these specific areas and prepares specialists, team leaders, and managers to design and optimize service processes. The training offered allows you to:
- diagnose a process using a Value Stream Map, specifically designed for service process analysis,
- map a process using a Cross Functional Map,
- perfectly identify waste,
- prepare processes for automation and robotics.
IMR control charts and multi-level variability analysis systems are an effective way to analyze large amounts of data to make key decisions. The repair tools offered, such as the Yamazumi chart for balancing specialist workloads and order leveling techniques, help optimize diagnosed problems.
The entire set of concepts and tools, implemented in two sessions, will enable efficient and effective diagnosis, improvement, and optimization of service processes.
